FPGA Roofline modeling and its Application to Visual SLAM

Last week, Ioanna-Maria Panagou, an undergraduate researcher at CSL, presented her paper on "FPGA Roofline modeling and its Application to Visual SLAM” at the International Conference on Field Programmable Logic (FPL) in Belfast, UK. This work extends the FPGA roofline analysis on complex multi-path and multi-kernel applications and applies these ideas to KinectFusion,  a complex visual SLAM application.
